Steps For YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023 Online Apply

Step 1: Go to https://www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com, the official website of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Step 2: Select the "Online Services" tab after arriving at the homepage.

Step 3: Select the "Citizen Portal (Allottee Online Services)" option.
 

Step 4: Select the "Online services/OTS system" option when you reach the next page.

Step 5: The URL https://ccp.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/ will be displayed to you.

Step 6: Select the KYA for YEIDA Allottee (New Registration) by clicking here.

Step 7: On the following page, enter the information that follows.

• Allottee name
• Plot/property number
• Property Type
• Scheme name
• Sector
• Allotment Date
• Allotment Number
• Plot/Flat Size

Step 8: You can upload any of the following files.

Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, and PAN Card

Step 9: Upload the allocation letter and signature file.

Step 10: Verify the bottom declaration by checking it off.

Step 11: press the Submit button. On the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority website, you will be listed as an allottee.

The applicant needs to be aware that the identification needs to be self-attested. Passports must be uploaded by NRIs as identification. The upload file must be no more than or equal to one megabyte.

How to register for E Auction by YEIDA?

The ability to bid on commercial and industrial plots in the YEIDA territory is provided by the YEIDA administration. To gain entry to the e-auction platform, adhere to the specified procedures:

Step 1: Visit the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority's official website.

Step 2: Select the E Auction tab in step two. You will be sent to https://yeida.auctiontiger.net/EPROC/ after being redirected here. For a specialized E Auction page, the YEIDA has partnered with auction tiger.

Step 3: Click the "Register" button in the upper right corner to sign up for the auction.

Step 4: Enter information such as the firm name, contact person name, email address, password, hint question, phone number, website, time zone, and keywords related to the business category.

Step 5: Complete the verification code, confirm that you understand the privacy code, and press the submit button. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will have your registration information.

The bidder's Userid will be delivered discreetly to the registered email address and address as soon as it is activated. The registration process for the user ID takes 24 to 48 hours. Users can perform a keyword search on the open auction list in order to apply for a particular auction.

How to get Online Building Map Approval by YEIDA?

The YEIDA authority has created an online mechanism for building plan approval. On the authority website, applicants can submit an online application for a building permission. To apply for the authority's online approval of a building map, follow the instructions provided.

Jewar's Noida International Airport

The building of Jewar airport is one of the most significant projects under the YEIDA's jurisdiction and is one of the most ambitious undertakings of the decade. The expansion of Jewar Airport has fueled the region's real estate market and economic prosperity. Jewar airport is now in the advanced phases of construction. The airport will begin with two runways and eventually be expanded to six.

Sector 21 of Film City

In the authority region, the Uttar Pradesh government intends to establish a Medical Device park. The park's headquarters will be located YEIDA's Sector 28. Covering more than 350 acres, the medical gadget park would be the first of its kind in North India.

Medical Device Park will provide scientific facilities and testing at a reasonable cost, hence addressing the concerns of Indian producers.
