RERA Registration Fees In Telangana
The government has laid various fees that have to be adhered by all. this fees is to have RERA registration in Telangana.
In the case of normal projects:
Up to 1000sq.m it is Rs.5/sq.m
More than 1000sq.m it is Rs.10/sq.m (max to 5 lacs)
For Mixed Development (Residential or Commercial):
Up to 1000sq.m it is Rs.10/sq.m
More than 1000sq.m it is Rs.15/sq.m (max to 7 lacs)
For Commercial projects:
Up to 1000sq.m then it is Rs.20/sq.m
More than 1000sq.m then it is Rs.25/sq.m (max to 10 lacs)
For any plot:
It is Rs.5/sq.m (max to 2 lacs)
If spoken about, Telangana RERA agent registration fees, then for Individuals it is Rs.10,000 and for others who are single entities, it is Rs.50,000.
What is the main role of RERA Telangana?
The Indian Government formulated the RERA act in 2016 in India but in the state of Telangana it came into 2017. So as to completely transform the real estate industry in the state and that is what made Telangana government to implement the same. RERA Registration Process in Telangana
In Telangana, the RERA registration process is completely online and is easy also. The steps that need to be followed are:
• Online open the official website of RERA Telangana.
• The website has been entitled to have various options in the menu bar.
• Select the option “Services” from the menu bar.
• Two options will come as drop down menu as , “Real Estate project registration” and “Real estate agent registration”.
• Out of the 2 options, select the one that is relevant to you.
• In the case of both options, there will be slight changes with other things remaining the same.
• As you select any of the 2 options, you would be redirected to another relevant page.
• If you already have been given with the login ID and password, then you can easily log in.
• If not, then you can simply click on the option at the bottom “New Registration”.
• As you click on the above-mentioned option, again you would get redirected to another page.
• On the new page, you have to enter all the required and necessary details.
• Then, click on “create user” option.
• A verification link would be sent to the registered email ID and after clicking on the activation link and validating the email, the process gets completed.
• Both the project and agent registration get completed at a time.

With this online portal the search for various agents and also the registered projects has become quite easy and less time taking.
Steps to find or search for registered projects or the agent:
• Click and visit the page to get your query cleared.
• It would depend on you to which category you would like to search- 1st- the registered projects or agents and accordingly choose the option.
• Then enter the required details like “Project name, promoter name, registration number and few more details.
• Then search and you are done with the results. You would get what you were looking for.
