To find out the exact value of your property in Rajasthan, just simply log in to the official website of epanjiyan. On your left-hand side, you have to click on the ‘property valuation’ option. You will be redirected to a new page where you, just enter your phone number, verification code, challan number and OTP to proceed.

Note that, if you are using the IGRS website, this option comes under the DLC Rates option.
DLC Rate Information

DLC rate stands for District Level Committee rate which refers to the minimum value of property at which the registration of sale of a plot, apartment, house or land takes place.

As per the Rajasthan state budget for 2021-22, chief minister Ashok Gehlot announced a cut in the DLC rate by 10%. The registration charge for flats priced up to Rs 50 lakhs, has also been reduced from 6% to 4%.

The land dispute cases in Rajasthan can be checked on the epanjiyan website where you just need to simply click on the option provided in the left-hand side of the landing page. You will be further asked to choose the district and once the selection is done, an entire list of dispute cases will be displayed on your screen.

Step 1: Once you log on to the official website, you can click on the ‘E-citizen’ tab to access services.

Step 1: Log on to the official website of IGRS Rajasthan.
Step 2: Go to the E-citizen tab. Proceed to ‘Grievance’ to begin the process.

Step 3: To file a complaint, click on the tab ‘Lodge your grievance’. So far, the department has disposed of 67.14 lakh cases against 68.35 lakh registered cases.

1. You will be required to give the complete information in point form.
2. Mention your contact details and proof, so that the complaint is verifiable and the authorities can contact you.
3. You can give reference to your past grievances too.
4. The plea should not be judicially filed.
5. Personal, public or complaints against a state employee are acceptable.
6. Keep the complaint number handy for future reference.
7. If the complaint filed by you is incorrect or the facts are wrong, the complainant will be held responsible.
8. Sampark is not the RTI portal and hence, complaints regarding right to information are not entertained.
