1. Zero Ledger- It is also known as the No Dues Certificate. This document shows that no liabilities are remaining on the property and all the debts are paid by the owner and the property is free to sell or buy.
2. Possession letter- possession letter acts as proof that the buyer is ready to take possession of the property.
3. Allotment Letter- allotment letter is used as evidence that the flat in Noida is allotted to the buyer and the name of the buyer is mentioned in the allotment letter.
4. Bank loan approval- in some cases, people apply for a home loan to buy the property. So if any person has applied for a loan, there should be a copy of applying for a home loan and the copy of approval by the bank too.
