November 17, 2023: The Greater Noida Authority has introduced a commercial plots initiative to boost the commercial growth in Greater Noida and surrounding areas. There are more than 22 commercial plots available under the Greater Noida Plots Scheme 2023. The E-Auction will be used to distribute the commercial plots. December 1, 2023 is the deadline for registering for the Greater Noida Plots Scheme 2023. The deadline for making payments for the plots scheme is December 5, 2023.

The Greater Noida Plot Scheme's commercial plots are distributed among six Greater Noida neighborhoods, per the scheme document. These are Techzone VII (one plot), Ecotech 12 (one plot), Sector 10 (four plots), Sector 12 (six plots), Alpha-II (five plots), and Delta-II (five plots).
