In the "NAINA" region, CIDCO has provided about 170 dwelling units. Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Groups (LIG) in NAINA were the target audience for the introduction of the Comprehensive Housing Scheme. 

There were 164 units from low-income groups and 17 flats from economically disadvantaged sectors available in the CIDCO lottery 2023. For these residences, the online application period ran from September 21 to October 18, after which it was postponed until October 27, 2023. Today, November 29, 2023, the same CIDCO housing plan 2023 results were released.

According to CIDCO officials, the company is now offering cheap homes in the LIG and EWS categories under the NAINA region for the first time.

For the newly created Ulwe node, the New Diwali Lottery Scheme 2022–2023 initially brought attention to the issue of lowering the costs of EWS and LIG category housing. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) provided these EWS dwellings, which had a maximum annual income of Rs 3 lakh. Despite their high value, it was seen that the homes were out of reach for EWS applicants.

All non-winning and waitlist applicants who wish to opt out of the CIDCO lottery scheme 2023 will forfeit Rs 2,000, while Rs 1,500 will be reimbursed.

• Aadhar Card

CIDCO Lottery Scheme at NAINA (September 2023): CIDCO Lottery 2023 Registration Process

Step 1: Register for an account on the official CIDCO website.

Step 2: Enter your basic information, including your date of birth, first and last name, and cellphone number.

Step3: Select the "Submit" option. The user will be provided with an OTP (one-time password).

On November 29, 2023, CIDCO released the draw results for the CIDCO lottery 2023. To view the CIDCO lottery 2023 draw results, take the actions listed below:

Step 3: As seen in the image, you will be prompted to input the "Application Number" on the search tab.

What Are The Eligibility Rules CIDCO Lottery 2023?

In order to be eligible for the CIDCO lottery program, candidates must meet each of the requirements listed below:

• A candidate must be older than eighteen. Applications submitted under a child's name will not be approved.
• A certificate of domicile
• An individual may apply for LIG flats if his monthly salary is between Rs 25,001 and Rs 50,000.
• An individual may apply for MIG flats if his monthly salary is between Rs 50,001 and Rs 75,000.
• An applicant may apply for HIG flats if he has a Pan Card and a monthly income of at least Rs 75,001.

How To Apply Online CIDCO Lottery 2023?

Applications can be made online for CIDCO schemes. The steps outlined on the CIDCO website are listed below: 

First, create an account on the CIDCO website. To register, click this link.

Step 2: Provide your mobile number and the necessary details so that you can be contacted in the future.

Step 3: Fill out all the information for refunds, including your bank account information, PAN card, and Aadhaar card. Note: Attach a passport-sized photo and a cancelled check.

Step 4: CIDCO will need a day to process the required documents after they are uploaded. The "Apply" button will become active after your application has been reviewed.

Step 5: At this point, you must decide which strategy to apply.

Step 6: Decide whether to apply as a joint or individual candidate. If you are applying jointly, please include the necessary information, such as your PAN card.

Step 7: Verify the application and lottery information after agreeing to the terms and conditions. 

Step 8: You can now make the online payment using NEFT/RTGS, a credit card, or net banking. 

What Is The Importance of PAN Card CIDCO Lottery 2023?

Obtaining a Permanent Account Number (PAN) card is a requirement for applying to the many CIDCO lottery programs. This is the case because the PAN is linked to a person's bank account, and the income category is determined as soon as an application inputs their distinct 10-digit PAN number. An applicant may choose the appropriate CIDCO tenement category, such as EWS, LIG, MIG, or HIG, based on their yearly income.

Uploading a scanned copy of the PAN card is not necessary if the system recognizes the applicant's name when they enter their PAN number. Nevertheless, a scanned copy of the PAN card must be uploaded if the applicant is using someone else's PAN number. The applicant may continue with the application when CIDCO staff have verified the applicant's information and that of the PAN card holder.

In the event that the PAN card verification is unsuccessful, CIDCO will send the applicant a text message or SMS. In this instance, the applicant must re-upload a scanned copy of the PAN card for proper verification.

Latest Update CIDCO Housing Scheme In Navi Mumbai 2023 

According to the most recent information, on November 1, 2023, the City and Industrial Development (CIDCO) unveiled a new housing scheme that would provide 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats on Palm Beach Marg, a prime location in Navi Mumbai. The present members of the Parliament and Legislative Assembly, including judges, IAS, IPS, and IRS personnel, who were elected after January 1, 2020, are honored by this CIDCO home project in Navi Mumbai.

The Demand Registration Scheme, also referred to as the housing scheme, has been introduced for MLAs, MPs, and other officers who are serving their current positions and do not currently own a property in Mumbai. Ministers and officers who are interested in relocating to Navi Mumbai can apply online for these residences by making a reservation fee of Rs 1 lakh. November 12, 2023 is the deadline for registering for this CIDCO housing program.

This most recent CIDCO housing program is expected to build about 350 units: 3 BHK houses with 1,150 square feet of space and 4 BHK houses with 1,600 square feet of space, approximately costing Rs. 2.45 crore and Rs. 3.47 crore, respectively. It is expected that these apartments will have a mini-auditorium, billiards table, garden area, squash court, swimming pool, and amphitheater, among other opulent features.
